How do we enroll?





Hooray! We are so excited for you to start your journey of music at Bottle Tree. Enrollment is ongoing throughout the school year. The easiest (and preferred!) way to enroll is online and payment is by credit or debit card. Kindermusik at Bottle Tree is on monthly subscription format for payments. Every month, a set amount ($70.00) is automatically debited from your account on the same date of every month. You usually receive 4 classes within a pay period but not necessarily. That is dependent on how many weeks are in that month and how holidays fall.



The $70.00 a month is money well spent! Included in the payment is exciting weekly classes and your Kindermusik@Home digital and physical materials.



How do you access Kindermusik@Home?



Registering for the online component of Kindermusik is quick and easy!

1. Visit my.kindermusik.com

2. Select “New User.”

3. Enter name and email address.

4. Set a password and security questions.

5. Click on “Create Account,”

6. log in for loads of great activities for you and your kiddo!



What about make up classes?



We get it, sometimes you just can’t make class. No problem! We do not refund for missed classes, but we offer makeup classes throughout the current month. They do not carry over for the following month! We encourage you to attend another class of the same age to make-up your missed class. See Anna Marie for class make-up options. If your family is sick, PLEASE STAY HOME – We love you, but not your germs! periodic cancellations due to illness or bad weather are built into the tuition, but if there are any last-minute cancellations, we will let you know ASAP to have the option of attending another class.



Can I get a discount for my family?





Families with multiple kiddos enrolled in Kindermusik at Bottle Tree classes during the same semester will receive a 10% discount off the entire family’s tuition.





What if you need to withdraw?



We hate to see you go, but get life gets busy sometimes! Our classes are ongoing during the school year. once you are enrolled, you continue to stay enrolled. If you do find it necessary to stop classes, all you must do is notify us in writing at least one week before the end of the next 4-week themed unit that you will not be continuing in the next unit. Please include your kiddo’s name, your name, current class and reason for withdrawal. you will be un-enrolled from the class and will not be charged for the following unit. Families who do not give at least a one-week notice of un-enrolling will be charged for the following month.
